Call for panel submissions
Call for submissions has now closed. We will notify all accepted presenters on the week of 7 June. Thank you for your interest and we hope to see you (virtually) from 23 August!
Accepted papers and abstracts of panels, posters and case studies will be published in a full open access IOS Press series of Studies in Health Technology and Informatics and indexed in PubMed.
A panel submission should include an extended abstract of a maximum of 3 pages in length including references (if any). The panel itself would typically feature 3-5 panellists giving a brief presentation or making a position statement, followed by at least 30 minutes of discussion and active audience interaction and participation. Panellists are usually thought leaders in the relevant field. Submissions must contain a general description of the topic of the proposed panel topic with appropriate headings. Brief biographies (not more than 75 words per person) of the panellists must be provided, as well as their specific contributions to the panel.
Panel sessions are part of the main conference program and are scheduled for 60 minutes. Panels will be delivered through the online conference platform. The AIDH Events Team will brief all involved prior to the day.
